Before you leave

Inside

Cleaning – House must be left clean; cleaners or otherwise. See keys below.

Heating

- Turn off central heating (green light off)

- Set the fire places (both!)

- Order more wood; restock wood piles

- Turn off stand-alone heater in drying cupboard

Kitchen

- Close all windows

- Empty dishwasher

- Remove food from fridge + cupboard (if it is open/perishable) or consult with the Council of Mothers

Laundry

- Turn taps to washing machine off

Everything Else

- Close all windows

- Draw all curtains closed

- Lock all doors

Outside

Garbage – Bins out on Monday night (collection on Tuesday)

BBQ – Leave clean, cover on, with a full gas bottle.

Hot Water – Turn flat heater off (after discussion with Council of Mothers)

Garage – Lock all doors, including roller door padlock.

Lights – All outside (and inside) lights off

Flag – Lower (respectfully)

Keys – Internal keys on hook. Take front door key home
